Je taart uit de diepvries
Dat is handig in twee situaties:
- Je moet nog ver reizen. Vervoer de taart in een koeltas of koelbox met een paar vrieselementen. Zo blijft hij steviger en langer goed onderweg.
- Je kunt niet vlak voor het serveermoment langskomen. Haal de taart eerder op en leg hem thuis meteen in je eigen vriezer.
Zo ontdooi je de taart
- Zet de taart 12 uur voor gebruik in de koelkast, zodat hij langzaam kan ontdooien.
- Zorg voor genoeg ruimte rondom de taart. Staat hij ingeklemd, dan duurt het ontdooien langer.
Hoelang blijft de taart goed?
Dit verschilt per taart. Kijk voor de exacte houdbaarheid altijd even op de productpagina.
- Ingevroren: de meeste taarten zijn 30 dagen houdbaar.
- Na het ontdooien: nog 2 tot 4 dagen houdbaar in de koelkast.
