We deliver from Monday to Friday, but you can pick up your order every day of the week — including weekends. Order online and pick up your order at Koekela Rotterdam (Nieuwe Binnenweg 79A) or Koekela Den Haag (Laan van Nieuw Oost-Indië 94). In our bakery shops & cafés, you can also comfortably stay for coffee and a slice of cake.

What's the latest I can order?

Place your order by 3 PM for next-day delivery. You can schedule your delivery date up to 1 month in advance — handy for birthdays and parties.

Which days do you deliver?

We deliver from Monday to Friday: in the The Hague region between 09:00 and 12:00 and in the Rotterdam region between 08:00 and 13:00. We do not deliver on weekends, but you can pick up your order at our stores 7 days a week.

What does delivery cost?

We deliver for orders starting from €35. Delivery costs are €5.95 per order. If your order is €100 or more, delivery is free.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to selected postcodes in The Hague, Rotterdam, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Voorburg, Leidschendam, Voorschoten, and Wassenaar. Check the postcode list above to see if your postcode is within our delivery area.

Can I also have gluten-free or vegan pastries delivered?

Absolutely! Check out our gluten-free assortment (from certified gluten-free bakeries, individually packaged) and our plant-based collection.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Absolutely — our cakes, brownies, and gift boxes are popular for birthdays and office gatherings in Rotterdam and The Hague. Delivery is free for orders over €100. For large or complex orders, please contact us via our contact form.
