  3. Koekela wants to be sure that the request for access has been made by you. To protect your privacy, Koekela requests that you black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy.
  4. Koekela will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
